We provide free and fast shipping for all e-bike orders from our local European operational warehouses. Once your order is processed (usually within 2 business days), delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your bike is dispatched so you can monitor its journey in real-time.

FENGQS models (like the Q8, H6 PRO, and H2 PRO) are high-performance, high-power all-terrain e-bikes engineered for everyday adventures and off-road freedom. Out of the box, they can reach speeds up to 80+km/h. All our models feature adjustable speed-limiting settings in the display menu to help you comply with local commuter guidelines.

To ensure safe transportation, our e-bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled in a heavy-duty protective box. The remaining setup involves simple steps such as installing the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. Every bike comes with a comprehensive user manual and the necessary tools.

Yes, FENGQS e-bikes are built with weather-resistant electronic components and IPX-rated waterproofing, making them perfect for rain, mud, sand, or snow. To maximize your battery’s life and safety standards, always use the original FENGQS charger. We recommend charging the battery indoors at room temperature and avoiding leaving it completely drained for extended periods.
